Customer may request in writing a refund for products, programs, and/or services (“Products”) purchased DIY-CREDIT-REPAIR.COM under the following conditions:

1. It has been no more than Sixty (60) days from the purchase date of the Ebook; and
2. Customer has completely followed the ebooks recommendations
3. Customer is not completely satisfied with the ebook.

Any later requests shall be disregarded. Refund requests are limited to the dollar amount remitted by Customer to DIY-CREDIT-REPAIR.COM for Products, subject to any applicable processing and/or administrative charges associated with issuing the refund, in the sole discretion of DIY-CREDIT-REPAIR.COM

Upon receipt of a written request, Company will process Customer’s refund request in the ordinary course of Company’s business. Upon submitting a ticket with a request for a refund, Customer agrees not to publish, disseminate, transfer, or use for personal or business purposes Products and any and all materials, services, information, programs, or other products associated with Company or its affiliates.
